Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the vd22 platform and all related services. By accessing the vd22 website, creating an account, or using any game or betting service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

To create an account on vd22 and use any of its services, you must be 21 years of age or older. This platform is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21. vd22 reserves the right to verify age at any time and may suspend an account if there is suspicion of underage use.

2.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual may open only one account on vd22. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of account registration — including name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be completely truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation. Any changes to your information must be reported to the support team immediately.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to use your account. The account holder is fully responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds on vd22: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Using a third party's account or payment method to make a deposit is strictly prohibited, and such transactions may be reversed.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount from vd22 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Large withdrawals may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.

Withdrawals will preferably be returned via the same method used for the deposit. vd22 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal request and conduct an investigation if there is suspicion of fraud or money laundering.

3.3 Currency & Conversion

All transactions on vd22 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currency are not accepted. vd22 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from currency conversion.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on vd22 will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳42,000 earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, for a total of ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — the deposit amount is not included. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once per account.
• Transferring bonus balance to another account is strictly prohibited.
• Using fraudulent methods to meet bonus terms will result in cancellation of the bonus.
• vd22 reserves the right to change the terms of any bonus offer at any time.
• The wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus expires.

4.4 VIP Program

vd22's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.4% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.2% weekly cashback). You can advance to higher tiers based on regular play and loyalty to the platform. Full details of VIP benefits are available on the vd22 platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the vd22 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and relevant legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or cleaning illegally obtained funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or hacking techniques to gain an advantage.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or damage of the platform's systems.
• Operating an account using a false identity.
• Using another person's payment method or conducting fraudulent transactions.
• Using the platform to harass or harm other users.
